Michael Díaz, de 37 años, está internado con custodia policial. La causa se investiga como un doble homicidio culposo. El hijo del encumbrdo tècnico chocó contra otro vehículo con su camioneta en la Ruta 5, cerca de la localidad bonaerense de 9 de Julio.
Se habría comprobado que hubo una negligencia por uso de celular, lo cual hizo que cruzara de carril, una negligencia total y, por eso, está imputado por doble homicidio culposo, lo cual podría hacerlo terminar sefuramente en prisión.
Si bien es motivo de investigación, se cree que la RAM, que iba en sentido hacia 9 de Julio, invadió el carril contrario y cuando se encontró con tránsito de frente se tiró a la banquina. Allí se produjo la colisión fatal con la Kangoo, cuyo conductor, también al ver la camioneta de frente, maniobró hacia la misma banquina.
Producto del fuerte impacto, la mujer de Díaz, identificada como Bárbara Oliver (32 años), salió despedida del habitáculo de la camioneta RAM. “Se presume que no tenía puesto el cinturón de seguridad”, explicaron las fuentes del caso consultadas por este medio. Murió en el acto.
La otra víctima del siniestro vial fue identificada como Aldo Flaque (67). Se trata del conductor del otro vehículo involucrado, que era un ex bombero domiciliado en la ciudad de 25 de Mayo.
Una imprudencia total al volante de parte del hijo del reconocido entrenador que le costó la vida a dos personas.
